The largest hotel in Salobreña with 200 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and a very large conference, general function facility for up to 1000 persons. This hotel is part of the Best Western Group of hotels.
HOTELS
A smaller family owned and managed hotel with restaurant, bar and can accommodate weddings or other similar events of up to 150 persons.
A newly built family owned boutique hotel in the centre of Salobreña, has restaurant, bar, roof terrace with jacuzzi.
HOSTALS
A note about the classification "HOSTAL". In Spain the Hostal is a small hotel usually to a very high standard and is privately owned. These properties are lovingly cared for by their proud owners. Not to be confused with the word Hostel in English that normally denotes a property to accommodate back packing enthusiasts etc.
A very fine property indeed with 14 bedrooms and two apartments. Breakfast is served but other meals can taken in one of the many restaurants in the area. The property is run by Jean Pierre and his wife Mari Carmen. Free Wi Fi
A very welcoming hostal owned and managed by Javier and Manuela Prados who pride themselves in offering a big Salobreña welcome to their international guests. The hostal has a large roof terrace for sun bathing.
Mari Carmen is a charming local lady that runs a spotless Pension and provides one of the best breakfasts on the coast - you will not be disappointed here.
PENSIÖNS
A note about the classification "PENSION". The Pension is similar to a British guest house where the owner will provide the hospitality including a good breakfast. The properties in Salobreña all offer rooms with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning - some allow pets.
Pension Miramar is a well run family pension - almost a hostal - has a bar / Cafeteria and also a beach bar, restaurant just 5 minutes walk that may be used when taking the full or half board options.
Mary Tere is one of the larger hostals, has a bar and restaurant on site and provides many of the facilities you may associate with a hotel such as internet connection in the bedrooms.
This is a little treasure of a pension, you know you are in Spain when you stay here, buit in the 1800´ the pension San Jose oozes character.
A simple establishment which provides a clean room and has some en suite bathrooms. The price is generally on the low side making the pension castellmar reasonable value for money.
